6. School friendly event
The 6th edition of School friendly event was played on the ICCF server from 2019-10-20 to 2020-05-31 at 4 boards (teacher+3 students under 19). Nine schools from six federations England, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Germany and Poland participated in the tournament. See more in previous post.
Congratulations to the winner who is Zespół Sportowych Szkół Ogólnokształcących (ZSSO) (Gdynia, Poland), ahead of Liceum Ogólnokształcące nr 1 (Brodnica, Poland) and Szkoła Podstawowa nr 1 (Tomaszów Lubelski, Poland). Final results can be found in the crosstable.
It was interesting experience for both teachers and children.
Next 7th edition is expected after summer holidays, in the period of October 2020 – May 2021.
