Na liście potencjalnych uczestników jest dwóch Polaków! Są to w kolejności priorytetu:

Finał jest rozgrywany w obsadzie 17-osobowej, więc będą mogli wziąć udział, jeśli zrezygnuje z uczestnictwa 2 zawodników z wyższym priorytetem.
Zasady uczestnictwa, w tym priorytety, nadesłane przez organizatora zostały ujęte poniżej.
The following are entitled to enter the Final (ICCF Rule 1.2.1-11 and 1.2.1.4-1):
- the first, second and third placed players from the previous or running Finals;
- the first and second placed players from the Candidates‘ Tournaments;
- the winners of ICCF World Cup 19 and 1st Chess 960 WC (Diamond Jubilee), as decided by ICCF Congress.
The qualification rights can be deferred only once, except for World Champions, who are entitled to enter once in any of the following Finals (ICCF Rule 1.2.1.4-3).
The Final will consist of 17 participants (ICCF Rule 1.2.1.4-2).
It has been decided, on proposal of the Title Tournament Commissioner, the following “priority order“ in the case that entries are more than 17:
- (a) former World Champions;
- (b) players who accepted to play in WCCC 30 Final but couldn’t play;
- (c) players who have already deferred once their qualification right;
- (d) second placed in WCCC 28 Final, started in 2013;
- (e) section winners of WCCC 34 CT, started in 2014;
- (f) runners-up of WCCC 34 CT, started in 2014;
- (g) winner of 1st Chess 960 WC Final (Diamond Jubilee), started in 2014;
- (h) second placed in WCCC 29 Final, started in 2015;
- (i) third placed in WCCC 29 Final, started in 2015;
- (j) section winners of WCCC 35 CT, started in 2015;
- (k) runners-up of WCCC 35 CT, started in 2015;
- (l) section winners of WCCC 36 CT, started in 2016;
- (m) other players who got their qualification in running WCCC 36 CT, started in 2016.
The priority for players in the same line will be decided by their 2019/1 rating.
