Polish CC Federation organized Witold Bielecki Memorial, Bravo section at category 12 (average rating 2527) with 13 players and IA Hans-Jürgen Isigkeit from Germany as TD.
In this event 4 Polish players participate, 3 of them are Champions of Poland:
- Rafael Pierzak – 38th (1995-1997)
- Antoni Schön – twice 49th (2006-2008) & 50th (2007-2009)
- Jerzy Staniszewski – 54th (2011-ongoing)
The tournament started on 01.03.2012 with no end date.
After 5 months we have 29 finished games (37%). You can download them from Get PGN.

Just after 97% finished games (only 2 games left) in World Cup 18 preliminaries section 58 we know both qualifiers:
- Roland Even (GER) – 9,5
- Yuri Tyulenko (RUS) – 9,5
Almost similar situation (only 3 games left) we have in section 06 – both qualifiers are:
- Andreas van Schyndel (GER) – 9,5
- Viktor Silin (RUS) – at least 9,0 (+1)
Other games in both sections have no influence on promotion.
