As a reminder, the remaining deadlines as we approach Congress are:
- June 8 – All Proposals to be voted on in Congress are due – completed
- June 8 – Delegate and delegate (designee) declarations due – completed
- June 15 – Reports to Delegates – (this e-mail)
- June 15 – Qualified nominations for MD due
- June 15 – Proposal Cover Sheet sent to all delegates – this will offer time for questions, clarifications, and discussion with players and/or proxies
- June 22 – Voting Registration Distribution – list of voting members attending Congress
- July 6 – Deadline for Proxy Registration – no new proxy declarations after this date
July 13 – Final Voting List of all Delegates, Designees, and Proxies distributed
