Polish CC Federation organized Witold Bielecki Memorial at category 16<\/a> (average rating 2639,15), where 13 top players (see below list of participants) are invited. This is\u00a0server event with rate of play 10 moves in 50 days (with duplication after 20 days is used). The tournament will start on 01.03.2012 with no end date.<\/p>\n

This\u00a0is the strongest tournament in the world since 2002 (ICCF 50-y Jubilee Elite Grandmasters Tournament \u2013 50JEGMT<\/a>) and the third in cc history. See Top ICCF Tournaments<\/a>.<\/p>\n

International arbiter (IA) Carlos Flores Guti\u00e9rrez from Spain kindly agreed to direct this event. He performed TD duties for Hermann Heemsoth Memorial (GER)<\/a>, tournament only 6,33 points below\u00a0current one.<\/p>\n
