World Cup 18 preliminary round ends on 2013-06-01 \u2013 call for adjudication"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Adjudication Guidelines<\/h4>\n<p>After the end date of the preliminaries (<strong>2013-06-01<\/strong>) all unfinished games are called for adjudication.<\/p>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Games will be stopped by\u00a0TD manually on 2013-06-02.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<p>Both players involved shall submit\u00a0to TD (Mariusz Wojnar) no later than <strong>2013-06-15<\/strong> statement claiming either a win or a draw (using ICCF webserver facility &#8211; &#8222;Claim win&#8221; or &#8222;Claim draw&#8221;\u00a0under &#8222;Game&#8221; pull down menu\u00a0from game window). Players should submit analysis to support their claim. Analysis does not necessarily mean possible variations; it also includes general plans where appropriate. Players involved will be promptly notified of the adjudicator&#8217;s decision.
