Tournament\u00a0attracted 22 European national teams. They were distributed to 3 sections. The first three teams from each section will play in the final.<\/p>\n<p>There is only one open decisive game and we know almost all teams qualified for the final.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifiers are following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>section 1\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iccf-webchess.com\/EventCrossTable.aspx?id=28114\">Preliminary 1<\/a>) &#8211; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Belarus, Austria &amp;\u00a0Finland<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>section\u00a02\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iccf-webchess.com\/EventCrossTable.aspx?id=28116\">Preliminary 2<\/a>) &#8211; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Russia\u00a0&amp; Slovakia<\/strong><\/span>. Two teams are fighting for the 3rd promotion &#8211;\u00a0Denmark\u00a0&amp; Czech Republic &#8211; both having the same score.
